Elnur Garayev étudie la composition phytochimique de cinq espèces d’aloès : trois provenant des îles Mascareignes par rapport aux deux autres espèces plus connues : aloè vera et aloè ferox. Cette étude s’est faite par une approche de réseaux moléculaires.
